It’s time to put a face to your business. Our Mini Brand Shoot sessions are designed to give you professional, scroll-stopping content that showcases you and elevates your brand.

🖼 All edited images included - no limits, all delivered in a shared album

These shoots are perfect for founders and entrepreneurs wanting to professionalise their brand and show the person behind the business. For teams, each member will need to book an individual slot for headshots, depending on team size.

Whether you’re rebranding, refreshing your socials, or levelling up your website visuals, this is your chance to walk away with a bank of content that reflects your brand at its best.

Mini Brand Shoot Event Terms & Conditions

By booking a space at the Sayers Social Mini Brand Shoot Event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase & Payment

  • All bookings are classed as ticketed events and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Your space is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • Payments cannot be transferred to future events or sessions.

2. Arrival & Timekeeping

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your allocated shoot time.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you are on time for your session.

  • Any lateness will eat into your allocated shoot time, as the event schedule runs back-to-back throughout the day.

  • Late arrivals will not be offered additional time or refunds.

3. Cancellations & Ticket Transfers

  • If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to sell or transfer your ticket to another person.

  • Please notify Sayers Social via email if you are transferring your space so we can update the schedule and ensure a smooth process.

  • Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances by Sayers Social.

4. Content Delivery

  • You will receive a preview gallery within 24–48 hours of your shoot.

  • Your full edited gallery will be delivered within 1–2 weeks of your shoot date.

  • iPhone videography content will be AirDropped on the day of your shoot.

  • If you do not have an iPhone, content will be delivered via WeTransfer alongside your preview gallery.

5. Usage Rights

  • All imagery and videography created at the Mini Brand Shoot Event may be used by Sayers Social for marketing and promotional purposes, including (but not limited to) social media, website content, and advertising.

  • You are granted full usage rights for all photos and videos provided, for use across your personal and business platforms.

6. Studio Etiquette

  • Please treat the studio and all props with care and respect.

  • Any damages caused to the space, equipment, or props during your session may result in additional charges.

  • Snacks and refreshments will be provided — please keep the space tidy during your session.

7. What to Bring & Prepare

  • Please arrive ready to shoot in your first outfit.

  • Bring any additional looks, props, or products you’d like to include in your content.

8. Liability

  • Sayers Social will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings during the event.

  • Participation in the shoot is at your own risk; Sayers Social accepts no liability for injury or harm sustained during the event.
