Derbyshire Marketing Agency Sayers Social LTD Joins Forces with New Italian Restaurant, La Burrata
Derbyshire-based marketing agency Sayers Social LTD is proud to announce its latest collaboration with La Burrata, a brand-new Italian restaurant opened in Darley Abbey Mills this August 2025.
La Burrata is the latest concept from the owners of Lorentes, Derby’s much-loved Spanish tapas restaurant. Following a successful partnership with Lorentes since November 2024, Sayers Social has now signed on to lead the full marketing strategy for the exciting new Italian venture.
A Partnership Built on Trust
Sayers Social began working with Lorentes in late 2024, delivering ongoing social media management and monthly content creation sessions designed to elevate the brand’s digital presence. Since then, Sayers Social’s Director, Arabella Sayers, has developed a strong professional relationship with restaurant owners Lorena, Karlos and David.
That foundation of trust and collaboration made the decision to bring Sayers Social into the launch of La Burrata a natural next step.

La Burrata opened its doors in August 2025, bringing refined Italian dining to the historic setting of Darley Abbey Mills. Since launch, the restaurant has celebrated sell-out weekends, achieved over 180,000 views across social media in its first month, and grown a community of more than 1,600 Instagram followers in just over 30 days.
It has been an incredible start for La Burrata, and Sayers Social is proud to continue supporting the team’s digital journey as the restaurant establishes itself as one of Derby’s most exciting new dining destinations.
